What state the plan is actually in
A teacher can read their plan name and the state it is in. There are four states: active, past due, cancelled and expired. The end of the current period comes with it, along with how many students, how many classrooms and how much storage are in use against the plan ceilings.
How it is done today
Without the state of the plan in front of you, nobody notices that a payment has fallen behind or that the period is nearly up, and then one day the work stops halfway through because a ceiling has been reached.
How it works
- 1
Open the billing section
Open your own billing section, where the plan name and the state it is in are shown right at the top.
- 2
Read the state
One of the four states sits beside the plan name, so whether a payment is behind or the period has run out reads at a glance.
- 3
Check the next date
The end of the current period comes with it, so the date the next payment falls due is known ahead of time.
- 4
Compare usage against the ceilings
The current student count, classroom count and storage use sit beside the plan ceilings, so what is left is easy to read.

Frequently asked questions
What states can a plan be in?
Four: active, past due, cancelled and expired. Whichever one applies is written beside the plan name itself.
Can I read another teacher's plan?
No. The request resolves the caller's own teacher identity, and it is turned away when there is no teacher record behind the caller.
How is the monthly figure worked out?
On a per-student plan it is the current student count times the per-student price. Otherwise the plan's flat price is used.
