Return & Refund Policy

At ClassTablet, we want you to be confident in every purchase. This policy outlines how refunds work for our digital services, what qualifies for a refund, and how long the process takes. If you have questions, our support team is here to help.

1. Overview

ClassTablet is a digital education platform. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All purchases on ClassTablet are for digital services, including subscription plans, AI credit top-ups, and other platform features. This policy explains when and how you can receive a refund.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After the 7-day window, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refund will be issued for the remaining time.

Refunds for subscription renewals are not available. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if: you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same service; a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing paid features for an extended period; or you cancel within the 7-day window after your first purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline a refund if there is evidence of abuse, excessive refund requests, or violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: AI credit purchases that have already been consumed; subscription fees after the 7-day initial purchase window; any service that has been fully delivered as described; and accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@classtablet.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your account email address, the transaction ID or invoice number, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 5 business days of acknowledgement.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or mobile banking provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

All refunds are processed through SSLCommerz, our payment gateway. ClassTablet does not store your card or banking details directly.

7. Refund Payment Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If you paid via credit or debit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, etc.), the refund goes back to that mobile wallet. We cannot process refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original transaction.

8. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund. This applies when you used a portion of the service before requesting a refund, when a prorated amount is appropriate based on the unused portion of a billing period, or when a pricing error resulted in an overcharge.

9. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are entitled to one, submit a refund request as described above.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of ClassTablet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
