The way back is open, for a while

A teacher can turn a cancelled plan back on, and it goes back to being active just as it was. That way back is only open inside the current period, though: once the period has run out, the request is no longer accepted.

How it is done today

Cancelling in a bad moment, or by mistake, with no way back means taking a fresh plan out and paying a second time, even though the period that was already paid for has not finished yet.

How it works

  1. 1

    Open the billing section

Open your own billing section, where the option to turn the plan back on appears while it is cancelled.

  2. 2

    Ask to resume

Choosing to resume sends the request, and the plan goes back to being active rather than cancelled.

  3. 3

    Check the state

The state written beside the plan reads active again, so whether it worked can be read off the page.

Frequently asked questions

Can a plan be resumed after the period ends?

No. Once the current period has run out the request is turned away, and a fresh plan has to be taken out instead.

Can a plan that was never cancelled be resumed?

No. With no cancelled plan to find, the request is refused, and that is exactly what it says in reply.

Can an administrator's plan be resumed here?

No. When the plan was put in place by an administrator this request is turned away too, just as cancelling is.
