Are you signing in to the right institution
Signing in starts by choosing your institution. You can search on part of the name, or give the EIIN number to land on exactly the right one. Only institutions that have turned on this way of signing in appear in the results.
How it is done today
Bangladesh has a great many schools and colleges sharing a name, and the overlap grows once you cross district lines. Pick the wrong one and the roll number does not match, and the student concludes their account was never created.
How it works
- 1
Open the institution search
The search box is the first thing you meet on the way into an account.
- 2
Type the name
Typing part of the institution's name brings up the matches, and capital letters make no difference.
- 3
Use the EIIN if names collide
When several institutions share a name, give the EIIN number and only that one comes back.
- 4
Select your institution
Pick yours from the list, checking the logo if that helps. The step that matches your identity comes next.

Frequently asked questions
Can I search by EIIN number?
Yes. Giving an EIIN returns exactly the institution holding that number, so a crowded name is no longer a risk.
Why is my institution not in the list?
Institutions that have not turned on this way of signing in are not listed. Your institution's office can tell you whether it is set up.
How many results come back at once?
A single search returns at most twenty institutions, so type a few more letters if too many names match.
