Keeping the paperwork where you can find it

A teacher can read the list of their own invoices and open one to see the figures inside it. An invoice that has been paid can be downloaded as a file. Every request checks that the invoice really does belong to the person asking for it.

The pages below cover invoices one task at a time: reading the list, opening a single invoice, and downloading the file for one that has been paid.

Features in this area

  • Keeping the receipt where you can reach it

Download a file for an invoice that has been paid and keep it on your own records. An invoice that is not paid yet carries no download beside it at all.

  • What went out, month by month

See every invoice raised on your account in one list: the date, the plan it was raised against, the amount, and what state each one is in right now.

  • What exactly this money was for

Open one invoice to read its amount, its state and the period it was raised for. Where a discount was applied, the code that did it sits on the invoice too.

Frequently asked questions

Can somebody else's invoice be read?

No. Opening an invoice first checks that the person asking is the one it was raised for, and turns the request away otherwise.

Can every invoice be downloaded?

No. The download only appears beside an invoice that has been paid. The other rows do not carry it at all.

Is there word back when an invoice is raised?

These pages make no such claim. Nothing in the product actually sends word when an invoice is created.
