Which request is sitting where
A teacher can read the list of payout requests they have sent. Each one carries a state, and the list can be narrowed to a single state. It arrives a page at a time rather than being returned whole, and the response says which page is being shown.
How it is done today
Once a payout request has gone, not being able to see where it got to leaves a teacher unable to tell waiting from forgotten, and asking the office again every week is the only way to find out.
How it works
- 1
Open the payouts section
As a teacher, open your own payouts section, where the list lives.
- 2
Read the states
Each request carries its current state beside it, so you can see where each one stands.
- 3
Narrow to one state
Show only what is still outstanding, or only what has been paid, rather than everything.
- 4
Move through the pages
A long history continues onto further pages instead of arriving in one go.

Frequently asked questions
What states can a request be in?
Six: pending, processing, completed, failed, reversed and rejected. Each request carries one of them.
Can I see another teacher's requests?
No. The request resolves the caller's own teacher identity and returns only their own.
Does the whole list arrive at once?
No. It comes a page at a time, and the response says which page you are on.
