Exactly who is in this class right now
An administrator can see the students enrolled in a classroom. Each row carries the name, email, enrollment status and the date they joined. Only enrollments that are currently active appear, and the most recently enrolled student sits at the top of the list.
How it is done today
Who is actually in a class usually lives in a teacher's own register. When the office cannot see it, every attempt to line up fees, attendance and exam lists turns into another question for the teacher.
How it works
- 1
Open the classroom
From the institution's classroom list, go to the classroom whose students you want to see.
- 2
Read the student list
The students currently enrolled are shown with their names and email addresses side by side.
- 3
Check the joining dates
Each row says when that student was enrolled, with the most recent enrollment at the top.
- 4
Remove somebody if you need to
When a student leaves the class, taking them out is done from the same list.

Frequently asked questions
Do students whose enrollment ended still appear?
No. Only enrollments that are currently active are shown in this list.
How is the list ordered?
By when each student was enrolled, most recent first, which makes the newest arrivals easy to spot.
Can I see the roster of another institution's classroom?
No. The classroom is checked against your own institution first, and one that is not yours comes back as not found.
