What is on today, on the first screen after login
Logging in to ClassTablet brings up the Today's Schedule card on the home page. It lists today's classes, sessions, quizzes and assignments together, with whatever is running at the top. Each row is marked Live, in how many minutes it starts, or Done, and a live class carries a Join button.
How it is done today
A student does not know whether there is class at the coaching centre today, so they ring a friend or ask in the group. For an online class, finding the link means scrolling back through old messages, and the first ten minutes are gone by then. Teachers have the same problem: with three batches back to back, remembering which starts when is guesswork.

Log in
Sign in as a teacher or a student and the Today's Schedule card is near the top of the home page. There is no menu to find and nothing to switch on first.

See what is running now
Anything happening at this moment sits at the top of the list marked Live. Below that come the things still to start, and last today's classes that have already finished.

Check how long until the next one
Each upcoming row shows how many minutes are left before it begins. There is no working it out against the clock; the number is on the screen.

Join from the card
When an online class is running, a Join button appears next to it. Pressing it opens the meeting, with no hunting back through old messages for a link.

Frequently asked questions
Does the card only show classes?
No. Today's quizzes and assignments appear in the same list as classes and live sessions. When there is nothing on, the card says there is no schedule for today.
Do cancelled classes show up here?
No. Once a class is cancelled it drops out of today's schedule, so students are not getting ready for something that is not going to happen.
How do I see the rest of the week?
There is a See all link under the card that opens the calendar page. From there you can look at classes, deadlines and personal events by month, week or day.
Is this on every plan?
Yes. The Today's Schedule card comes with Starter, Standard and Custom alike, with nothing extra to buy.
